Artemis Fowl is the smart, stubborn, and non-athletic criminal who is 10-12 years old. He is badly wanted in the fairy world below the crust. Two years ago Artemis Fowl had to capture Opal Koboi for the fairy’s in order to save his father. Now Artemis Fowl is brain washed and Opal Koboi has escaped by using cloning technology. Can Artemis Fowl and his friends Butler, Captain Holly short working for the LEPrecon, and Mulch Diggums a tunnelling dwarf with a lot of dwarf gas (seriously you do not want to be there when he let’s his gas go)stop Opal Koboi in time. I love this book because it’s a fantasy that is full action and it’s ending isn’t full of happiness or sorer it’s a bit of both mixed together. My favourite quote is when Mulch Diggums whispers “Dwarf gas don’t fail me now”. Artemis and the fairies want to stop them or else there will be a large disaster. I don’t recommend this book for children under 10,because there are difficult vocabulary , deaths, and acusing of crimes that some one didn’t do. Everyone else including adults should read this book and the rest of the series because this is one book you’ll never forget!
